HIITT (60 Minutes): Aerobic workouts are proven to help lower blood pressure and cholesterol level. HITT also increases your metabolic rate during and after the workout and burns a lot of calories. Just a word of caution, if you have had a back or knee injury please get clearance from your physician before participating.
Bands & Weights (60 Minutes) : Grab your bands and weights because it's on like Donkey Kong. During this session we will use a variety of bands including booty bands, resistance bands with handles and etc. Bands will be used to improve flexibility, strengthen your muscles, and increase strength. The fun doesn't stop there. We will utilize weights such as dumbbells and kettle bells to build your muscles, burn body fat and calories. You'll leave feeling stronger than ever!
Boot Camp (60 Minutes): I am a Navy Vet and I love using exercises that I learned in boot camp on a daily basis. Our sessions will consist of moderate to high intensity movements in which we will utilize our body weight. We will target our legs, arms, core, glutes, and back. Additionally each class will include warming up and cooling down at the end of each session. Whether you're a beginner or a novice, this session will help you meet your goals.
